June 26th 2025P3A Heritage Projects Receive Awards
P3A is proud to be the recipient of two Lieutenant Governor’s Heritage Awards from Heritage Saskatchewan in the Conservation of Heritage Places category: Government House Repointing and John Hopkins Soundstage Repointing & Masonry Repair. Both projects exemplify the importance of maintaining heritage buildings through minimal intervention. The Standards and Guidelines for Historic Places in Canada informed decisions to ensure integrity in any changes made. These types of projects set a valuable precedent for physical heritage conservation work in Saskatchewan. Wyatt Eckert, P3A Principal and team lead on both projects, accepted the awards from the Honourable Bernadette McIntyre, Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan. We would like to also acknowledge Kaylon Weisbrod and Joshua Gottselig who were the primary Architectural Technologists on the project.
