The firm is owned by five managing Partners/Principals: James Youck, Patrick Kelly, Wyatt Eckert, Chris Roszell and Jocelyn Tanner. Our design staff consists of Architects, Interior Designers and Architectural Technologists. Our management style focuses on communication and mentorship. We work in an integrated manner whereby staff are encouraged to share ideas and participate. This encourages growth and learning, builds the firm’s capacity, and creates a culture based on honesty, integrity, and mutual respect. As an industry and community leader, P3A has cultivated a workplace that encourages equity, creativity, leadership, and teamwork.
P3A has a vested interest in the province in which we live and work and we have spent decades dedicated to improving communities through design. Our experience includes a broad spectrum of projects: hospitality, educational, health care, commercial, heritage, recreational, cultural, and institutional. We have designed and/or renovated almost every type of building and space.
We execute dozens of projects a year of varying scale and complexity. Regardless of the size or scope of work, all projects are approached with the same degree of care and attention with a focus on collaboration. No two projects are the same; for every project, we develop an approach and methodology that reflects its unique opportunities and challenges.
