P3A is pleased to announce the appointment of Jocelyn Tanner as an Associate. Jocelyn began her career at a small firm in Winnipeg after completing her Master of Architecture from the University of Manitoba in 2008. She joined P3A in 2011 and completed her registration requirements in 2015.
Jocelyn has worked on a diverse range of projects and is proud to be working on the renewal of Wascana Pool and long term care homes in La Ronge and Grenfell. She is motivated by the impact a building can have on its community and how a project can improve quality of life. In addition to her responsibilities as an architect, Jocelyn plays a key role on the Human Resources team, providing guidance and support to P3A staff.
Our Joint Venture SPRA (Strategic Prairie Region Alliance) with aodbt architecture + interior design, has been working on the SaskPower Logistics Warehouse Complex - a multi-building project that included programming for 5 buildings as well as development of a campus master plan for 110 acres of property.
The new complex will amalgamate regional service operations, warehousing functions, and support spaces into one location at the Global Transportation Hub, resulting in operational efficiencies and better collaboration. Phase One of construction began in December 2021 and is forecasted for completion in early 2024. Phase Two of construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
We are proud to work on this project and look forward to seeing it come together.
