P3A Selected as Prime Consultant for Conexus Head Office Project

P3A is thrilled to be chosen as the Prime Consultant for the Conexus Credit Union Head Office project.

We know the community is passionate about Wascana Park and College Avenue Campus, and we share that enthusiasm. As Prime Consultant for the College Avenue Campus Renewal Project, we intimately understand how the Conexus project is inextricably linked to the Campus, Darke Hall, and Wascana Park. We will integrate Conexus’ vision into the setting in a way that is innovative, transformational, and a complement to the Park and the surrounding heritage architecture.

The Conexus building will not only set a precedent for office design and functionality, but it will synergize with Darke Hall and the entire Campus site and create a one-of-a-kind space for Conexus members, students and the public.

University of Regina Releases Design of College Building

The University of Regina released the approved design of the new College Building as part of the College Avenue Campus (CAC) Renewal Project. In 2015, P3A, in association with heritage expert Donald Luxton and Associates, was selected by the University of Regina to lead the project.

“A major goal of the design process was to rigorously examine the historic context of the site and understand its importance in the collective memory of the city,” said James Youck, P3A. “The result is a clearly contemporary design that draws on the historic buildings, reflects the importance of the park and will create a campus that is an educational and cultural hub for our city.”
